Service Description

We provide a flower subscription service that delivers fresh flower arrangements on a recurring basis (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) to customers in the United States. Each subscription includes hand-selected, seasonal flower arrangements delivered to the address you specify. The specific flowers, colors, and varieties in each arrangement may vary based on seasonal availability and our florists' selections.

Subscription Terms and Cancellation

Subscription Commitment: Your subscription will automatically renew on your selected schedule until you cancel it. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each subscription period.

Modification and Cancellation: You may modify your subscription preferences, skip deliveries, pause your subscription, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting our customer service team. Cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery to avoid being charged for that delivery.

Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of delivered flowers. However, if you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for future deliveries. Refund policies for defective or damaged deliveries are outlined in our Return Policy.

Payment Terms and Pricing

Payment Authorization: By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge that payment method for all subscription fees and any applicable taxes. Payment is required in advance for each subscription period.

Pricing: All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable sales tax, which will be added to your order total. Prices are subject to change at any time, but we will notify existing subscribers of price increases at least 30 days in advance. Price changes will not affect deliveries already paid for.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on our website. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your payment information and ensuring sufficient funds are available.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may attempt to process it again or suspend your subscription until payment is successfully processed. You will be notified of any payment issues.

Delivery Terms and Responsibilities

Delivery Schedule: We strive to deliver your arrangements on your scheduled delivery date. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on weather, carrier schedules, and other factors beyond our control.

Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including a complete street address. We are not responsible for deliveries that cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delivery Acceptance: If no one is available to receive the delivery, our delivery personnel will leave the flowers in a safe, shaded location at the delivery address. You are responsible for checking for deliveries and bringing flowers indoors promptly to maintain freshness.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries: If your flowers arrive damaged or if a delivery is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date. We will work to resolve the issue, which may include replacement delivery or refund, at our discretion.

User Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing orders
Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Use our service only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with our service
Provide proper care for delivered flowers according to care instructions provided

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of shefrealoiquezla or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from our website without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

Service Availability: We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

Flower Longevity: The longevity of cut flowers depends on many factors, including care, environmental conditions, and flower varieties. While we provide care instructions, we cannot guarantee specific vase life or longevity of flowers.

Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SHEFREALOIQUEZLA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
