At shefrealoiquezla, we stand behind the quality of every flower arrangement we deliver. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your delivery for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve any concerns, which may include replacement delivery, account credit, or other appropriate remedies.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries

If your flower arrangement arrives damaged, wilted, or in poor condition, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) and provide photos if possible. We will arrange for a replacement delivery at no additional charge or provide a credit to your account. Similarly, if you receive an incorrect order that doesn't match your subscription preferences, we will promptly correct the issue with a replacement delivery.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fees or penalties. Cancellations can be processed through your online account or by contacting our customer service team. To avoid being charged for an upcoming delivery, please cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery date. Once cancelled, you will not be charged for any future deliveries. Note that payments already processed for deliveries that have not yet been sent may be eligible for refund based on the timing of your cancellation request.

Refund Policy for Subscription Services

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we are generally unable to accept returns of delivered arrangements. However, we offer the following refund options:

  • Pre-Delivery Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription before a scheduled delivery has been prepared or shipped, you are eligible for a full refund for that delivery period.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries: If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect arrangements, we will provide a replacement or full refund for that delivery.
  • Unused Subscription Periods: If you cancel a prepaid subscription with remaining delivery periods, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for unused periods, subject to our review.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Delivery Issues and Failed Deliveries

If you experience delivery problems such as missed deliveries, incorrect delivery addresses, or deliveries that cannot be completed due to access issues, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to reschedule the delivery or find an alternative solution. If a delivery cannot be completed due to an error on our part, you will receive a full refund or replacement delivery at no charge.

Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for deliveries that cannot be completed due to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible addresses provided by you. However, we will work with you to resolve such situations whenever possible.

Subscription Modifications and Changes

You can modify your subscription at any time through your online account or by contacting customer service. Changes you can make include:

  • Changing delivery frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
  • Updating delivery address
  • Modifying flower preferences and color schemes
  • Pausing your subscription temporarily
  • Skipping specific delivery dates

Changes must be requested at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery to ensure they take effect for that delivery. Changes requested with less notice will apply to subsequent deliveries.

Flower Longevity and Care

While we guarantee that flowers will arrive fresh, the longevity of cut flowers depends on many factors including proper care, environmental conditions (temperature, sunlight, humidity), and the specific flower varieties included. We provide detailed care instructions with each delivery to help maximize vase life. However, we cannot guarantee a specific duration that flowers will remain fresh, as this depends on factors beyond our control after delivery.
